Shopping Cart Diagnostic Utility
Posted by Serhiy Markovych on 15 November 2010 09:30 AM

This utility greatly helps to diagnoze shopping cart configuration problems and discover parameters quickly.
Works with osCommerce, Zen Cart, CRE Loaded, X-Cart.

How to use:
Just unzip the archive and copy the file to shopping cart WEB ROOT folder using FTP connection where your primary index.php located. Open http://[YOUR_STORE_URL]/m1info.php in your browser. You will see a table with all requirements, checked for your store. If you see any description in red - please check it. Most likely this requirement is missing.

Attempting to use this diagnostic utility, I go to my website: silkfromthehartz.com/m1info.php I get the same as the comment from FCWC from Nov.30 '10 - it says Access denied for user 'nobody'@'localhost' "Your shopping cart is unsupported or not found in the current directory." "Use form below to get support with this issue:" but there's no form.
I built our site with cre-loaded 6.2 and upgraded to 6.4.1. The public_html folder and the catalog_new folder are both folders under the root directory. I uploaded the m1info.php file to both the root and the public_html, but get the same result.

Hi,

Just reloaded the file once again. Please try to download the latest version now.

Shopping Cart Diagnostic Utility version should be 1.0.53 (not v 1.0.49). Let me know if the issue remains.

Thank you,
Oksana

Hi - the http://support.magneticone.com/files/m1info.zip is either deleted or there is some permission issues, as i cannot download the file so i can test my server for the required libraries.

Please let me know if there is a new file and update the post.

Thanks

Hi Theodore,

Thank you for your question.

Those warnings are not major and they will not affect our module, so you are welcome to proceed with installation.

Hello Vaughn,

Thank you for your question.

First of all please check if you've uploaded diagnostic utility to the store root directory. Your store root directory is http://www.memorial-urns.com/store
Once it is done, please contact us using form at the bottom of the utility in case the issue remains as currently we cannot see it there.

Please let us know how it goes.
Kind regards,
