Solution

 Syncronization is available one way - from online store to vtiger only. But there is one exception - you can export order statuses from vtiger to your online store

From business point of view CRM should be the primary point of business and all orders should be there, instead of each separate system.
This is specially important when you have more than one store with different products.

On syncing other data that came from same store (i.e. sync modifications) - this can be added in the future
