Solution
This is module package. It contains module itself, installation and upgrade instructions.
Some packages also include SQL commands and quickstart manuals.
If you have no idea about this - better contact your webmaster to install/upgrade it. MagneticOne also provides manual installation/upgrade services at very low rates.
