I have uploaded files, but getting error: Fatal error: Unable to read xxx bytes in xxxxxx.php on line 0. What is wrong?
Solution

This error means that you uploaded files using wrong transfer mode. Encoding data was corrupted during the upload because of incorrect mode.

You should re-upload all files using BINARY, not ASCII (or AUTO) file transfer mode.

Please read your FTP manager manual for information about changing tranfer modes.
