The matter concerns the order product attributes are shown in dropdowns at product description page.

Initially osCommerce has no functionality to allow user to manage product attributes order. Attributes are shown in order they are stored in database. In most cases order they are stored is the same as order they were posted, i.e. first posted attribute will be shown first and last posted will be shown last. "In most cases" does not mean "always". Sometimes it is very important to have attributes listed properly and unfortunately not always it is so.

Luckily this situation has simple and quick solution. First of all you have to install a small contribution. Click here to download it right now. After installing you may use "Move Up" and "Move Down" buttons to arrange attributes of your product. When contribution is not installed these buttons will do nothing, attributes will be sorted in osCommerce Manager but not on your website.
